Benefits Your Company Can Gain By Running Sweepstakes

ShuaVid Studios is running a sweepstakes this week (4/16/18 - 4/22/18).  We're giving out a $500 gift card to B&H Photo. Followers need to make a 60 second clip showcasing why they love to make video. The video needs to be posted on ShuaVid's Facebook page or it can be posted on Instagram as long as they tag @shuavid_studios. In light of running our sweepstakes, this week we're going to talk about why running a sweepstakes can be beneficial to a company. Giveaways aren't a form of charity, and companies don't run them for selfless reasons. Think of it as a win-win scenario. People like to enter drawings and sweepstakes because they love to win things. The reason you see so many businesses running sweepstakes is because they are able to:

• Promote their company, goods, and service
• Create a "buzz" with their products
• It encourages viewers to visit the companies website(s) or social media platforms
• To build up there email or newsletter list
• To gain insight on their potential customers
• (My personal favorite) To build stronger relationships between the customer and company
